DISCLAIMER
The fastest shipping option we were able to locate is USPS Priority Mail, within 1-3 business days. This will be the only shipping option we offer. When shipping during warmer temperatures the wax may soften or melt slightly. This will not affect the wax quality. Soy wax is sensitive to extremely hot temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Keep in mind that your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Resilient Light Natural Soy Candles responsible for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
SHIPPING
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday 9:00 am - 10:00 am, Friday from 9:00 -11:00 am Saturday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm with Sunday off. Hours are subject to change. Shipping U.S. only - We charge a $0.00 handling fee & shipping rates are determined by the weight of each candle and by the destination. After you add items to your cart and enter your address you will be able to view our flat rate shipping amount. Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Most same-day orders are placed by 9:00 am and on Saturdays by 10:00 am. Any order that's placed by time not stated will be processed on the next business day and then shipped promptly. All orders are shipped via USPS and shipped through First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. Last-minute changes, add-ons, or other adjustments are not allowed to assure the quickest fulfillment times and to maintain order accuracy. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting. Any products that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will not be given. Our customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us directly. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. Although every product goes through a burn test, slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving the merchandise so we can resolve your issue. We will be sure to respond within 24 - 48 hours.
Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please contact us, forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to info, and email to: contact@resilientlightcandles.com. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. Resilient Light Natural Soy Candles will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods and contact you for further notice. Once your purchase is processed online during checkout, we won’t be accepting any cancellations. This is due to the fact that our candles are hand-made to order, which helps us properly manage our inventory efficiently.
